This past month has seen two moves and periods of goodbyes. First the move from Tampa to Chi-town, and now the move from home! The warmth, generosity and support I have received from my friends has been amazing! (And thanks to those of you who let me dump piles of stuff in their apartment because I have poor visual-spacial skills and underestimated the amount of junk I own and overestimated the size of my car!)
With only one week left, I am still unpacking, cleaning, and figuring out what and how to repack! The details are starting to catch up with me-renewing my driver's license, organizing music, starting this blog, figuring out what to do with my cell phone, finalizing student loan paperwork, TRYING TO FIND A DARN PAIR OF KHAKI PANTS, and scouring the stores for a duffel bag with both wheels and a shoulder strap!
Everyday is such a roller coaster and my emotions are all over the place. I keeping saying that this must be what pregnant women feel like; one moment I am nervous beyond belief and the next my extreme joy takes over!
So for now, I'm just repeating the mantra: one week, one week, one week, one week....
